It's probably a guy watching nearby that is hidden and when he speaks into the mic, the robot models what he is saying. Just added your vlog to my FireANT chris. Add me to yours.

That`s Rocket The Robot that does really well from what i`ve heard as far as mascott performers etc.with the mouth etc. connected to a vox-circuit i assuuume.
(Thanks for that Video! ..I want to make my own suit sometime like that sort of but geeZ didn`t realize he included so much mechanized facial expression! ..wow he did a great job)
